1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the megabets website and any of its associated services — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and virtual sports — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you, the user, and megabets, the operator of this platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the megabets platform and close your account. Continued use of the site following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. megabets reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of publication on this page.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and megabets. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on megabets, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. megabets is strictly an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is prohibited and accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 18 will be permanently closed, with any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who lack legal capacity under the laws of Bangladesh may not register or use the platform.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or previously suspended megabets account. Only one account per individual is permitted at any time.
• Own name and funds: You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Registering on behalf of a third party or using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have previously requested a self-exclusion period that remains active on megabets or any linked platform operated by the same group.

megabets reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of betting and gaming services on megabets, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile number associated with a Bangladesh-registered SIM card (required for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payment integration).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. megabets strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings. You agree to notify megabets support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

• Accurate information: All registration details must be truthful and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account security: You must not share your login credentials with any third party. megabets will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, or live chat.
• Account access: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the support team.
• OTP verification: Certain account actions — including withdrawals, password changes, and payment method updates — require one-time password (OTP) verification via your registered mobile number.
• KYC verification: megabets may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on megabets are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. You are solely responsible for ensuring you use a payment method that is registered in your own name.

megabets does not impose processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges as per their standard fee schedule. These third-party charges are outside megabets's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket typically settle within 90 seconds. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request submission, subject to any pending KYC verification requirements.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by the support team following identity verification.
• No third-party payments: megabets does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payment transactions will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in BDT. No foreign currency accounts or multi-currency wallets are offered at this time.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on megabets — whether on sports markets including cricket BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures, or on casino products including slots, live tables, and crash games — you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the specific game rules applicable to that product. General rules governing all betting and gaming activity on the platform are set out below.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmed bet reference number. Bets placed during a system error or connectivity issue that do not generate a reference number are void.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and are displayed at the time of bet placement. megabets reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits at its discretion.
• Live betting: In-play or live betting markets may be suspended at any time at the platform's discretion — including during technical interruptions or extraordinary sporting events. Bets accepted before a market suspension remain valid unless the event itself is declared void.
• Void events: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the account balance.
• Palpable errors: megabets reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were clearly erroneous (palpable errors), including odds that were significantly out of line with the true market price at the time of the error.
• Prohibited practices: Arbitrage betting, use of automated betting bots, exploitation of software errors, collusion between players, and any other form of advantage play that manipulates the platform's systems are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
• Game availability: Not all games or betting markets may be available at all times. megabets reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any game or market without prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

megabets offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated clearly in each offer's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each bonus's terms.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

megabets is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. As a condition of your account, you acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment that carries financial risk, and that it is your responsibility to gamble within your means and to make use of the player protection tools available on the platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders free of charge and can be accessed directly from the account dashboard without the need to contact customer support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total BDT amount you can deposit. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session time alerts: Configure automatic on-screen reminders after a set period of continuous play. Each alert displays your current session duration and net result, providing a natural review point.
• Cool-off periods: Take a structured break from gambling of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, all real-money gaming and betting functions are suspended while your account and balance remain intact.
• Self-exclusion: Request a long-term exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen period and cannot be shortened. Any withdrawable real-money balance will be preserved for collection after the exclusion expires.

megabets reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures on any account where usage patterns suggest the player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including imposing cooling-off periods, deposit restrictions, or initiating contact through the support team, even where the account holder has not themselves requested such measures.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

megabets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating a duplicate account, or engaging in prohibited betting practices.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment instruments, identity fraud, or money laundering through the platform's deposit and withdrawal systems.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling — where evidence emerges that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe following a formal request from the compliance team.
• Any action that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, its games, or other users — including exploitation of software bugs, collusion, or use of automated tools.
• An active self-exclusion request made by the account holder or flagged through a third-party responsible gaming referral.
• Inactivity — accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be marked as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable dormancy fees, are communicated to the registered email address prior to enforcement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the account holder, megabets reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the account holder voluntarily and no breach has occurred, the full withdrawable balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within 5 business days.

Account holders who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat from within the account dashboard, or by emailing support@megabets from their registered email address. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

megabets's liability to any account holder under these Terms shall in no event exceed the total value of funds deposited by that account holder in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. megabets accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. megabets reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Registered account holders will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification on next login. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
